FRANCE — Dai Ambassador of Dompet Dhuafa 2023, who served in France, visited the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia (Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia) in France. The meeting, which was held on Tuesday (22/03/2023), discussed various da’wah programs that Dompet Dhuafa would carry out in France during Ramadan.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mohamad Oemar, the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to France, welcomed the arrival of Dai Ambassador Dompet Dhuafa and said that the Indonesian Embassy in France was very open to social and da’wah activities carried out by the Indonesian people in France.
Dr Moh. Abdul Kholiq Hasan, or Hasan el-Qudsy as Dai Ambassador of Dompet Dhuafa who served in France, said that the Dompet Dhuafa organization has carried out various social and da’wah activities in several countries, including in France.

“The main purpose of da’wah activities carried out by Dompet Dhuafa is to introduce Islam as a religion that rahmatan lil alamin,” explained Ustaz Hasan.
Hasan el-Qudsy also added that Dompet Dhuafa has da’wah programs that include Ziswaf (Zakat Infaq, alms and waqf) Quran teaching, education for the poor, hospitals, and various other social activities.
He hopes that with the support of the Indonesian Embassy, Dompet Dhuafa can expand da’wah activities in France and continue to contribute to helping humanity in other parts of the world and create a better and more harmonious society.
Responding to this, Mohamad Oemar, accompanied by Aries Asriadi, Coordinator of Protocol and Consular Functions for counselors and Ihsan Alpinto Staff of the Indonesian Embassy, stated that the Indonesian Embassy in France strongly supports social and da’wah activities carried out by Dompet Dhuafa.

He hopes for a permanent Dai from Dompet Dhuafa to spread Islam rahmatan lil alamin in Paris.
“We are ready to provide assistance and support for da’wah activities that Dompet Dhuafa will carry out in France during Ramadan,” said Mohamad Oemar.

At the end of the meeting, Hasan el-Qudsy expressed his gratitude for the support and assistance provided by the Indonesian Embassy. On that occasion, a souvenir was handed over from Dompet Dhuafa to the Ambassador. Hopefully, this visit can strengthen the friendship between Dompet Dhuafa and the Indonesian Embassy in France.
